Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM II, CSP-SM).
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
