Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines for cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure compliance and progress.

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party activities.
  • Ensure alignment between team activities and project objectives, while promoting process improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Proficiency in PPM tools like Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and diagramming tools such as Miro or Visio.
  • Experience with software development tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field preferred, PMP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web management content systems and exposure to technology platforms such as Salesforce, Azure, and Google Analytics.
