A consumer services company is looking to add to HR department and looking for a Benefits Specialist to add to its team. Looking for someone with lots of personality, people oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environment. This role is a great opportunity for the right person that is looking to own the benefits process.
This role is FULLY in office.
Qualified candidates MUST have:
- Over two years of benefits experience
- Bilingual Spanish
- Proactive and very personable - being able to connect with employees and leadership
- Managing benefits administration, including open enrollment, new hire orientation and retirements
- Being the Point of Contact for all benefits related questions
- Understanding of 401K
- Exceptional communication skills, problem solver and proactive
$90-108,000

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
