Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and adaptable Project Manager to join our dynamic team based out of our Schaumburg, IL office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of our business while ensuring the successful execution of projects across different departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wear multiple hats, and is eager to dive into diverse projects to drive results. Responsibilities: Demonstrate a genuine interest in understanding all areas of the business, from operations and supplier management to bringing new products to marketing and customer service. Collaborate with team members across different departments to assist and contribute to projects as needed. Independently manage projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Utilize effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities and liaise with stakeholders. Identify bottlenecks, challenges, or areas requiring improvement and propose innovative solutions to accomplish goals. Demonstrate agility by shifting focus seamlessly between different projects, tasks, and responsibilities. Provide support in pushing projects forward, ensuring milestones are met, and deadlines are achieved. Cultivate positive working relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain detailed project documentation, monitor progress, and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders. Employ a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking initiative to address issues as they arise. Qualifications: Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, executive assistance, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse teams, coming up with solutions to complex problems and driving alignment across the organization. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team. Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts and apply them to various projects. Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new challenges and responsibilities. A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results.
