Productive Living System, Inc. (PLS) provides residential services for ambulatory adults who have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or mental illness that require minimal personal cares. PLS is an employee-owned company that is in the mental health field of Caregiving. Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the main role of the Regional Human Resources Representative (RHRR) is to assist with all hiring processes for the Northeast Regional Office (Appleton).

Primary Duties for Regional Human Resources Representative:
This position is responsible for the regional recruiting process
Identify candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks and submitting recommendations to hire to the Director of Human Resources or designee.
Utilize approved tracking metrics to define the success of recruitment and retention efforts.
Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, Personnel Action Forms, and termination letters for review and approval of the Regional Director.
Organize and maintain employee files for hiring process.
Prepare training packets and other materials for the Director of Staff Development, other training staff, and program managers.
Assist with typing support and projects for the Regional Management Team as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have a two-year degree in the human services filed or equivalent experience (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
Experience in Human Resources, staff recruitment and retention, and event planning
Experience and proficiency in all aspects of office functions to include work processing, telephone and public contact, maintaining files and computer proficiency is desired
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a high school diploma or GED/HSED equivalent
Available to work every other weekend & some holidays
Proof of a valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (preferred)
Successful completion of pre-employment physical, TB test, caregiver background check, and applicable trainingJob Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
