The Operations Group (consisting of Finance, People Ops & IT) views the employees of CP as their client, and in that relationship dynamic strives to assist the CP employees to maximize their performance, and by extension, that of the Agency clients. The Operations Group is the gatekeeper of all Agency information. Specifically, in support of our company's principles, values, vision and mission, People Operations will support the total operation in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource - its people.

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Manager of HR & Facilities will provide organizational direction via the design and delivery of Human Resource initiatives that define, reinforce, and celebrate Connelly Partners global culture. They will strategize and deliver operationally excellent HR practices that strengthen and empower global employees of all levels to maximize their potential in a positive work environment. This role is part of the Operations Group and will work closely with finance and IT while also managing and mentoring the Assistant HR & Facilities Manager (Assistant Manager) to provide a strong employee experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Employee Relations:

Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and implement global policies and procedures to foster inclusive and equitable employee relations Enhance a positive work environment by serving as a non-biased, confidential counsel to global employees Address employee concerns, conflicts and grievances in a timely and confidential manner, leveraging HR counsel in non-U.S. based offices Provide guidance to global managers facing employee relations matters including coaching, performance management, termination and team effectiveness issues Staffing and Hiring:

Partner with the CFO to develop and implement a global, comprehensive staffing strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values Utilize competency frameworks globally to define job requirements, assess candidate qualifications and facilitate informed hiring decisions. Collaborate with department managers to identify global staffing needs; provide guidance and training to hiring managers from job posting to onboarding Implement innovative recruitment strategies to get in front of and attract diverse talent pools and ensure equitable opportunities for all candidates through hiring manager training Benefits Strategy and Oversight:

Continue to oversee and improve through research, a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports the diverse and unique life stage needs of all employees, ensuring access to equitable benefits Conduct benefits onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees Oversee benefits administration, providing direction and support for the Assistant Manager Employee Experience:

Develop and implement a holistic employee experience, from onboarding to transition, to foster a culture of continuous growth, inclusion and engagement; identify areas where the employee experience is identical globally and where cultural nuances and differences should come into play Execute comprehensive, global onboarding programs that incorporate competency-based training and orientation activities tailored to each employee's role and developmental needs Lead and reinforce performance management systems globally that align with competency frameworks; guide managers in providing clear expectations, ongoing feedback and equitable opportunities for skill and career development In conjunction with the President, solicit feedback and support in conducting leadership evaluations Facilitate learning and development initiatives that empower global employees to enhance their competencies, acquire new skills and grow their careers within the organization; ensuring L&D programs promote accessibility, inclusivity and equity for all employees Monitor global employee feedback, engagement metrics and DEI indicators to assess the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives; build recommendations for adjustments and/or new programs Within the Boston office, inspire a fun, team-oriented atmosphere with culturally-beneficial events and celebrations that promote connection, recognition and appreciation; own run 2 - 3 core company events annually while also guiding employees in bringing smaller-scale celebrations special to them to life in a way that fosters inclusivity Internship Program:

Oversee ongoing internship program in the Boston office, ensuring a robust experience for cross-department interns, while providing direction and guidance to the Assistant Manager to manage the day to day program Offboarding:

Develop and implement comprehensive offboarding processes globally to ensure compliant, smooth transitions for departing employees that is supportive and respectful and recognizes the contributions of departing employees Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to enhance the employee experience and retention Provide departing employees with guidance and support throughout the offboarding process, including assistance with paperwork, returning of company property, benefits continuation and knowledge transfer Facility Management:

Work with building management on major facility issues Provide direction and oversight to Assistant Manager on daily office management tasks to ensure a smooth-running physical operation QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 8+ years of experience in human resources management Experience in a leadership or managerial role? Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative HR solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Possession of strong integrity, with a deep respect for employee and company confidentiality Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once Commitment to providing excellent service to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and administrative inquiries, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
