  • Responsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections.
  • Day to day interaction with owners, general contractors and subcontractors.
  • Responsible for all job related costs including procurement of major materials and equipment
  • Project submittal process, including submission, approvals and release of approvals.
  • Monitoring of all job related costs of labor, rental equipment, materials, subcontractors, etc.
  • Monthly cost analysis.
Qualifications :
  • Must possess a working knowledge of the electrical trade with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrical project manager.
  • Must maintain valid driver's license.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of ACCUBID, along with skills with Microsoft Office products (primarily Excel and Word).
  • Additional scheduling software such as MS Project and Primavera are preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of the Company's financial software systems, including but not limited to Spectrum, and other software utilized by the CSG companies.
