Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Executive to establish contracts, purchase orders, necessary testing and inspections, submittals, and project schedules.
  • Work alongside the Estimator to manage the project budget, define the project scope, and identify potential issues such as critical items and hazards.
  • Execute the owner contract as required.
  • Verify all quantities with the Estimator.
  • Review subcontracts thoroughly before finalization.
  • Conduct a detailed review with the field superintendent regarding plans and specifications, ensuring clarity on layout, dimensions, subcontractor responsibilities, project timelines, and budget considerations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is strongly preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Commercial Building Construction.
  • Proficiency with technology platforms such as Sage, ProCore, OnScreen Takeoff, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and Smart Bid.
  • A commitment to safety and a proactive mindset.
