Our company thrives in the high-end custom residential sector, delivering comprehensive electrical services including the installation and maintenance of backup generators, state-of-the-art audio-visual components, cutting-edge home automation systems, and robust fire and security systems. We proudly serve the Reno/Carson/Tahoe areas in Nevada and the Tahoe/Truckee region in California.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage residential electrical projects with precision and expertise.
Ensure adherence to NFPA 70 - National Electric Code (NEC).
Guide teams in both rough and finish electrical installations.
Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct product research and development.
Generate project scopes and requirements.
Create purchase orders and deliver RFIs.
Track project progress and manage documentation using CRM and project management software.
Maintain excellent client communication and manage correspondence.
Prepare and track addenda and change orders.
Support the field team with NEC code research.
Review project drawings and documents for compliance with our standards.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years experience as a Residential Electrical Project Manager.
Candidate must be able to perform rough & finish installation of electrical systems in a construction setting.
Ability to demonstrate appropriate methods of installation to subordinates.
A solid understanding of NFPA 70 - National Electric Code (NEC).
Experience with integrated home automation systems.
Capable of identifying proper materials, suitable for the use listed, and as required for specific installations.
The ability to lead crews effectively in a production environment.
A valid driver's license and clean background.
