What You'll Do

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for creating personalized experiences for hotel guests. You will collaborate with the Front Office Manager and Director of Housekeeping to ensure brand standards are met, staff are developed, and company culture is supported.

Some of your responsibilities include:

Assist General Manager in directing all hotel operations and maintaining high guest service levels. Manage hotel financial expenses within budget. Identify capital needs and maintain hotel condition. Innovate guest satisfaction programs for housekeeping and front desk, assist with reservations and guest inquiries. Review team schedules, lead hotel departments, monitor property interfaces. Lead, train, and develop high performing department managers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

What You Bring

3+ years management experience in hospitality. Bachelor's degree preferred. Diplomatic problem-solving skills with integrity. Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Passion for guest service and relationship-building. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
