Deco ThinkTell is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

Pay: $28.50 - $32.00 per hour
Job: Onsite - Full time

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Write compelling content for various marketing channels, such as social media, blogs, and email newsletters
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and web developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly marketing materials
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts to engage with followers and promote brand messaging
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
