Construction Manager

Prime Restoration and Remediation is currently seeking a motivated Construction Manager, with a focus in residential remodeling, to join our successfully growing team. We specialize in 24/7 residential and commercial disaster clean-ups in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Our dedicated Construction Division provides all the necessary skills, knowledge and workmanship to complete the rebuild to the property after the mitigation or remediation is complete.

Requirements:

* Massachusetts Construction experience – 5 years of in the field construction experience, along with understanding all aspects of the construction trade, i.e. Estimating, contract signing, building codes and inspections, along with proper construction communication with the customer if necessary

* Must communicate clearly and appropriately with customers and interested 3rd parties

* Must be able to pass a background check

* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

* Valid high school diploma or GED certificate

* Professional appearance, demeanor and work ethic

* Basic computer skills and mobile device knowledge

* Experience with interviewing, selecting and managing Sub-Contractor’s

* OSHA knowledge and understanding job site safety

* Enthusiasm to carry out a project to completion while assuring deadlines are met

* May require long hours during the busy season.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

* Basic knowledge of Xactimate, a plus

* MA Construction Supervisors License

* Multilingual a plus

* OSHA 10 or 30
