Job Description

Daxko is on the hunt for a dynamic and strategic Lead Demand Generation Manager to join our remote Marketing Team, specifically for our SugarWOD product in the SMB market. In this pivotal role, you will drive our SMB Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, leveraging your leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Your mission is to guide a talented team of marketing specialists and aligning their efforts towards achieving our marketing and sales goals for SugarWOD.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing marketing projects with allocated budgets and resources.
  • Exceptional communication skills, effectively managing and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Data-savvy, with the ability to leverage analytics to inform strategies and report on performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, with significant experience in a leadership role within a B2B context.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through product initiatives.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing partner go-to-market (GTM) motions, establishing and maintaining strong partnerships that drive growth.
In your day to day you will:
  • Inspire and lead a cross-functional team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Ensure a unified GTM plan for SugarWOD.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, PR, Content, and Customer Marketing to create integrated campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Serve as the demand generation expert, developing campaign briefs, ad strategies, content strategies, and playbooks tailored to SugarWOD.
  • Bridge the gap between the marketing team and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment and secure executive buy-in for marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven strategies to track and optimize campaign performance, providing insights and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to refine buyer personas and content, ensuring targeted campaigns for the SugarWOD audience.
  • Stay ahead of marketing technology trends to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
  • Manage resource and budget allocation for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Lead the acquisition efforts for the SugarWOD partner marketplace, identifying and securing partnerships that drive user acquisition and revenue.
  • Develop and implement Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, leveraging product features and user data to drive growth and retention.
  • Create and execute comprehensive partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies, collaborating with partners to co-create value propositions and joint marketing initiatives.
