Summary:

International Payout Systems Inc., delivers secure, enterprise payment technologies to organizations that require a simplified way to access or leverage the global financial network. Since 2007, we have provided online and mobile payment, international payments, card products and financial technology solutions to domestic and international enterprise customers.

Ideal Candidate:

You are an experienced FinTech sales professional with Global Expertise. Your extensive experience should encompass both domestic and international markets, allowing you to navigate complex financial landscapes. Deep industry relationships within the FinTech ecosystem to establish connections with payments processors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • This position is for a sales management professional with a get it closed mentality and the skills to identify opportunities, create relationships and close significant.
  • The Sales Manager will lead an energetic sales effort in the U.S. and report directly to the CEO. His/her efforts will be supported by our Compliance, Legal, Solution Development/Implementation and Customer Support teams.

Job Requirements:

  • The ability to identify high-value prospects based on the prospects likelihood of creating significant revenues for i-payout. A true Deal Closer mentality.
  • Produce quarterly and annual Sales Forecast for the group.
  • The ability to quickly grasp the benefits and processes of i-payouts payment solution and thus attain the ability to conduct in-person presentations and online demos to key prospects within i-payouts targeted verticals.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial technologies, including payment processing, digital currencies, blockchain, and related trends.
  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C technology sales within the financial sector.
  • Effective new business development sufficient to meeting agreed upon quarterly performance goals
  • Timely interaction and effective communication with i-payouts Operations, Engineering and Customer Support personnel to convey new client needs and facilitate the delivery of services.
  • The preparation of weekly updates summarizing: Prospecting actions taken that week, the status of interactions with prospects and suggested next steps, the activities to be taken in support of onboarding of newly acquired clients

Qualifications:

  • 10 years, or more, experience selling B2B and B2C technology services; sales experience in financial services and payments industry preferred. Experience in one or more of these verticals is a plus: Direct Selling, Virtual/Gig Economy, eSports, Franchise Media, Payments, Insurance, Affiliate Marketing or Clinical Trials/Market Research
  • Successful track record for meeting/exceeding global sales quotas
  • Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills for effectively meeting sales-related deadlines and cross-departmental deadlines.
  • Very strong communication skills for effectively communicating with sales prospects and working with various i-payout personnel in support of sales, onboarding and customer support
