Day to Day:

A large pharmaceutical client is looking for an EHS Management Systems Coordinator to support their Andover, MA facility. This person will be joining the greater Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) organization, specifically on their EHS Management Systems team. This is a key role in supporting the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of the sites EHS Management Systems.

As the EHSMS Coordinator, youll be supporting the EHSMS Lead with managing the EHS SharePoint site, assisting with EHS trainings, editing and enhancing EHS policies and procedures, and supporting management of similar applications and systems including Cority and Enablon. Youll also be involved in general EHS administrative support including reviewing safety permits and overseeing contractor safety work. From a training perspective, youll be responsible to kickoff EHS trainings, work with EHS subject matter experts to assess written procedures for quality and training impact, while guiding the SMEs in developing lesson plans and training programs to achieve business needs and/or regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work both independently and well with others, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality that is willing to take initiative and drive improvements to ensure overall success of the EHS team.
