Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Administer, edit and maintain job postings Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates Greet and escort candidates to interviews as needed Schedule interviews for hiring managers Inform job applicants of position details and application status Initiate and facilitate pre-employment process (e.g., Background screening and Drug Screening) Schedule orientation information for candidates and prepare new hires for their first day Coordinate recruiting activities such as job fairs, advertising, company information sharing and interview days Other recruiting support as needed Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ months of related experience.
