About The Role

As a marketing campaign specialist for the Americas at a leading global asset management and construction consultancy, you'll develop and execute all campaign and brand positioning activities throughout the region, ensuring a solid return on investment. This role involves market engagement across various sectors, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, education, infrastructure, commercial, hospitality, and residential property. You will report to the Americas Marketing & Communications Manager.

This role is Princeton based Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the multiple sector groups across the business to identify key initiatives to drive awareness of Currie & Brown's capabilities.
  • Creating marketing campaign plans with measurable, multi-channel campaigns that utilize relevant digital and traditional tactics from inception through to execution.
  • Crafting targeted messaging strategies for key sectors to uniquely position our offerings and attract business opportunities, ensuring alignment with our core objectives.
  • Deliver content plans that support all campaign and communication activity, including PR, thought leadership, blogs, awards, case studies and more across the full marketing mix.
  • Collaborating with the group marketing team and key stakeholders to implement targeted sector emails to external stakeholders, managing data lists and capturing analytics to measure engagement and growth.
  • Work together with the marketing manager and team creating event plans aligned with campaign activities, trade shows, conferences, and award events to maximize brand exposure and communications with optimal ROI.
  • Working with PR Agencies and media to create press releases and secure media coverage and interviews aligned to key campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Tracking and providing post-campaign analysis, collating information from different channels of engagement and offering insight for improvements.
  • Working within campaign budgets and contributing to future forecasting.
  • Collaborating with various sectors to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years B2B Professional Services Corporate Communications & Marketing Experience.
  • Experience as a communications or marketing campaign manager with tangible examples of successful campaigns.
  • Superior writing skills to create effective messaging and engaging communications.
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives at the same time.
  • Drive to deliver results in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Track record of copywriting and content development.
  • LinkedIn marketing experience with track record of building audiences and engagement.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and Database implementation and delivery beneficial.
  • Skilled in using E-marketing tools e.g. MailChimp and developing digital marketing campaigns and tracking results.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications & Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, marketing and communications preferred.
