Who is our brand new Data Management consultant?

As a Data Management Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on effectively managing their data throughout its lifecycle. You will work on various projects, including data governance, data quality, data integration, and master data management. Your key responsibilities include: Analyzing clients’ current data infrastructure and identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Through a range of techniques, tools, and processes, your mission is to ensure that all organizational reference data is identifiable, reliable, and usable for all departments of the company. Designing and implementing data governance frameworks and processes to ensure data integrity and quality. Advising and guiding clients in setting up effective data integration and ETL processes. Identifying and implementing solutions for master data management to create a consistent and reliable source of data. Identifying and resolving issues, incidents, and anomalies. Performing diagnosis and applying corrective measures. Training client teams and providing guidance on data management best practices. Collaborating with various stakeholders, such as IT teams, business analysts, and project managers, to achieve successful project outcomes. What do we expect from our Data Management Consultant?

Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and having 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Highly analytical and possessing strong logical reasoning skills. In-depth knowledge of data governance, data quality, data integration, and master data management. Experience working with tools and technologies such as data governance tools, ETL tools, SQL, and data modeling. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication abilities.
