Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align technological solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and evolving risks throughout the project lifecycle, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify and assess internal and external project risks, formulating mitigation strategies and compensating controls; escalate issues to key stakeholders as necessary.
- Employ creative problem-solving techniques, particularly for complex projects; collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance and resolve issues; work with client stakeholders to ensure project goals and company objectives are achieved.
- Tackle intricate technical and business challenges; adopt a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions and engage in hands-on design during project phases.
- Interpret business imperatives and recommend best practices throughout the program lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to client management and Clear Harbor partner representatives regarding the status of all assigned projects; communicate project delays promptly and transparently.
- Deliver good news swiftly and address challenges with urgency and clarity.

Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of comprehensive project management experience, with proven leadership of project teams comprising 8-12 contributors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master or PMP certification is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, financial management, systems development processes, change management principles, and business process improvement techniques.
- Proven experience managing full-stack development teams with expertise in Python, Java, Snowflake, Hadoop, SQL Server, and other cloud technologies across GCP, AWS, and/or Azure.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shared resources effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management capabilities with hands-on experience in managing and deploying application development projects, portals, and complex IT systems.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and senior management.
- Proficient meeting facilitation skills.
- Sound business judgment.
- Ability to directly oversee the work of systems development teams in a collaborative environment.
- A passion for consulting; you are adaptable and willing to apply your skills in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
- A flexible mindset; you embrace challenges and are equally comfortable taking a hands-on or strategic approach.
