The person will assist the Chief Compliance & Risk Officer ('CCRO') with the administration and coordination of the Bank's CRA Programs. Reviews CRA loans, investments, activities and donations. Identifies and facilitates CRA activities; monitors, assesses and reports Bank's CRA performance to the CCRO. Assists the CCRO and the Compliance Associate with compliance functions such as vendor due diligence review, marketing material review, training assignments/monitoring, compliance testing/monitoring. Provides audit and exam support. Participates in CRA Committee meetings. Performs other projects as assigned by the CCRO.Responsibilities:Identify potential CRA loans. Follows up with applicable loan officers to obtain information and documentation needed for CRA determination. Assists branches and loan officers in identifying and analyzing loan and investment opportunities.Regularly monitors the bank's CRA performance, including updating the tracking sheets for small business loans, community development loans, investments, service hours and donations. Creating CRA loan, service, donation packets.Help the CCRO with preparation of CRA Self-Assessments and managerial reports.Assists the CCRO with other compliance functions, such as audit preparation, vendor management, complaint tracking, training assignments/monitoring, and compliancetesting/monitoring.Adheres to and complies with Federal and State Regulations including but not limited to Wage and Hour laws, the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC laws and their implementing regulations. Supports Bank compliance efforts by completing required compliance training and ensuring that employees complete their training in a timely manner.Regular and punctual attendance.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
