Job Overview:

Elase is seeking a dynamic Regional Medical Aesthetics Recruiter to join our team and find the most talented and skilled providers to join our elite brand. If you have a strong background in sales, recruitment, and relationship building, we want to hear from you. This role is pivotal to our organization's growth and reports directly to the CEO.

Candidates must live in Georgia, North Carolina, Florida or South Carolina, have convenient access to air travel, and have the ability to regularly travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute regional recruitment plans to attract high-level medical professionals, including nurses, NPs, PAs, and aestheticians for medical aesthetics roles.
Active Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to actively source and engage with potential candidates.
Networking: Leverage local connections, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand candidate pipelines and build relationships within the medical aesthetics community.
Candidate Assessment: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements, possess necessary clinical skills, and align with our organizational culture.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Coordination and Communication: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and the CEO, ensuring efficient processes.
Candidate Presentation: Create detailed candidate profiles and present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the CEO.
Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging best practices in medical aesthetics recruiting.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates.
Passion for Recruitment: A genuine passion for connecting talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities in the medical aesthetics field.
Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with proven experience in a sales environment, preferably within the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Professionalism and Integrity: Commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment.
Flexibility and Travel: Willingness to travel within designated regions and attend industry events, approximately 50-75% of the time.

Qualifications:

Recruitment Experience: Experience in recruiting for high-level medical positions, with a focus on nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and/or aesthetic injectors preferred.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments, products, and industry standards.
Sourcing and Engagement: Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging candidates through social media, local connections, and targeted outreach efforts.

  • Salary, full time, exempt with bonus incentives.
  • Must regularly travel to Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, approximately 50-75% of your work schedule.
