Position Summary

As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of treatments.

We seek Medical Professionals who not only deliver expert care but also educate and guide clients towards achieving optimal aesthetic outcomes.


Your role will involve performing non-invasive aesthetic services and treatments, including but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal, Injectables, Ultherapy Skin Lifting, Cool Sculpting, and Skin Rejuvenation.

We provide comprehensive training for our Nurse Practitioners to execute all aesthetic services in line with established protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies, and applicable standards.

Treatment responsibilities may vary based on regional regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care

  • Actively promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products while performing treatments.
  • Assess clients' suitability for various treatments and provide education on the treatment process, including pre and post-care guidelines.
  • Ensure client safety and treatment efficacy through ongoing education and training.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client treatment records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring overall satisfaction and client retention.
  • Engage in problem-solving by offering appropriate service solutions through critical thinking.
Clinic Operations & Sales

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet clinic and company objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales techniques.
  • Drive sales initiatives and partner with the Clinic Manager to develop strategies for client retention, service improvement, and profitability enhancement.
  • Participate in daily scheduling to prioritize and accommodate client treatment needs, including same-day services.
  • Foster professional relationships with clients, leadership, and sales teams to achieve clinic goals and personal metrics.
  • Assist with phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and payment processing as needed.
  • Travel between clinics as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Active (LPN/LVN, RN, NP/PA) license in the relevant state, in good standing.
  • Proficient in computer and tablet usage, including contemporary software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, Salesforce).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, visually assess clients' skin, perform injections, operate lasers, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the capability to work independently.
  • Contribute positively to the work environment with a pleasant demeanor and welcoming bedside manner.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
  • Demonstrate strong documentation skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, organization, and prioritization abilities.
  • Flexibility to work client-centered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity and continuous change.
