We are looking for a responsible HR & Admin Coordinator to perform recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and support the RCOE team in daily administrative needs and activities. Recruitment Conduct job fairs and partner with reputable institutions and/or universities to ensure sourcing of sustainable candidates. Conduct assessments, interviews, background checks, and verification of records of the applicants. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions based on interview and assessment results. Conduct onboarding activities with successful hires, ensuring completeness of induction and orientation program, signed by the new employee and respective facilitators. Training and Performance Management Lead the implementation of the performance management system and ensure that training programs are implemented according to plan. Assist managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants. HR and Administration Maintain and organize employee records, including preparation of employee contracts. Provide support to employees and deal with other HR-related matters. Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure including communications equipment and external services provided to Epiroc. Assist employees in business-related travel requirements. Coordinate with maintenance, security, and telecommunications providers to ensure quality upkeep of Company administration requirements. Assist with planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and other events to promote diversity and work-life balance of the employees. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's or college degree in human resource management or any related course. At least five (5) years of working experience specializing in Human Resources, Administrative Support, Operations Management or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
