Customer Support Data Entry Specialist

Our Customer Support Data Entry Specialist performs duties required to meet customer service goals, and supports overall company quality policy The Customer is King.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives inbound email orders and accurately enter them into the ERP system
  • Communicates with customers to clarify order details as needed
  • Identifies and report any discrepancies or issues with orders
  • Coordinates with sales, customer service and pricing teams to resolve order issues
  • General knowledge of the product line and pricing schedules
  • Maintains organized records of all orders and related documents
  • Performs all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite, Advanced MS Excel; prior experience with ERP systems within transaction processing, reporting and inquiries
  • Organization Skills: Effective time management skills and the ability to organize and direct the quality of the work of teams amid the demands of multiple projects.
  • Previous Work Experience: Customer service, order processing or administrative support

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. Work Experience: 2 years of experience sales, customer service or distribution environment

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

Must be able to pass EVerify
