Responsibilities

Prepare cash and portfolio reconciliations on complex structures

Perform shareholder allocation, incentive, and management fee calculations

Process budgets for each fund

Organize capital calls and distributions to investors

Review month end close packages from the administrator

Oversee the completion of internal allocations and expense accruals

Partake in month-end valuation processes

Develop investment documents and properly set up investment structures

Report information to clients and investors

Assist the IR team on ad hoc and monthly investor requests

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required

3+ years of private equity or hedge fund experience required

Experience in public and private accounting

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel required

CPA certification preferred
