**Job Description**

Founded in 2012, STEIGER DYNAMICS is pioneering living room PCs that deliver the ultimate entertainment experience to the audio, video, and gaming enthusiast. In addition, quiet STEIGER DYNAMICS Workstations and Servers are used by leading corporations and research institutes.

If you are enthusiastic about PC hardware, gaming and technology trends, this is your chance to become part of our small team and help shape the future of PC gaming and quiet computing.

We are looking for motivated customer service representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process o rders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience with PC hardware . The job requires full time attendance. STEIGER DYNAMICS is located in Redwood City, California, the center of the Silicon Valley.

**Responsibilities**

* Assisting customers with questions regarding products and ordering processes via chat, email and phone.

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Qualifications:**

* PC freak: you built multiple (gaming) PCs for yourself, friends, and family and are the go-to person for PC questions.

* High market and customer orientation: you are always up to date with the latest market trends and know what buyers are looking for.

* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

* Experience working with customer support.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.
