Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Experience performing the operational work of andproviding oversight for HR programs in the areas of Classification and Recruitment and Staffing;

Experience developing written materials (issues assessments, program assessments, audit responses, etc.) regarding human resources policies, processes, and programs for senior and executive level managers; and

Experience providing expert advisory services in all areas of human resources to high level officials and managers.
