You will work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement hardware solutions that meet Customer requirements and be required to lead data driven continuous improvement for overall quality performance of our ATS products. As a Quality Engineer on our team, you will provide Quality Sciences Subject Matter expertise in accordance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and ensure product and process compliance to meet tactical and strategic objectives. Your expertise will help drive innovation and contribute to the organization’s overall success What You Will Do + Collaborating with multiple disciplines, including software engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components. + Review of technical documentation, including specifications, schematics and test plans for conformance to requirements. + Participation in test and evaluation of hardware components and systems to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. + Performing process and product assessments for compliance to company directives, project plans, procedures, and work instructions. + Interfacing with suppliers and/or customers to resolve concerns, providing early detection and risk mitigation. + Presenting requirement verification and formal product acceptance, ensuring delivered end product meets requirements. + Providing Quality expertise for resolving hardware-related issues, driving corrective action and process improvement initiatives. + Participating in design reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in hardware design and development.
