Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Hardware Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Sensor Power and Analog Design Department, you will be responsible for building, testing, and troubleshooting analog and power electronics, assemblies, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analog and power electronics, assemblies, and systems
  • Build and test prototypes, using electrical test equipment and fabrication tools
  • Document and troubleshoot hardware issues, using schematic capture and simulation tools
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support research and development electrical concepts
  • Support legacy products and engage in personal technical growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics hardware fabrication, breadboarding, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with power and digital test equipment, soldering, and fabrication of electrical-mechanical hardware
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with high voltage or high current electronics
  • Knowledge of Mentor Graphics, Creo Schematics, or related schematic capture/board and layout tools
  • Experience writing detailed test reports and working in engineering and manufacturing environments
