Job Duties:
Greet customers in the vehicle receiving lanes with honor, dignity, and respect at all times.
Interview the customer and thoroughly document their complaint.
Contact every customer with a vehicle status update daily.
Inspect and then deliver the customer's vehicle to them, explaining the work performed.
Provide warm, genuine, enthusiastic, and connected service at all times.
