Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Oversee the fixed assets accounting process, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Experience with fixed assets accounting and complex reporting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
