Summary: As a Transaction Coordinator, you'll oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth process from the signing of purchase agreements to the closing of escrow. Serving as the main point of contact for sellers, you'll guide them through the home selling journey, addressing any questions or concerns along the way. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and transactions, ensuring timely closure of homes. Lead the development of new transactional processes, documenting and testing procedures before implementation. Act as the go-to expert on all matters related to real estate transactions, providing guidance from start to finish. Efficiently manage tasks and organize pipelines to ensure seamless transaction processes. Coordinate scheduling and manage secondary inspections to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Address any escalated issues with appropriate management and provide exceptional customer service. Communicate inspection results effectively with sellers. Perform all duties in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, delivering an excellent service experience to both internal and external stakeholders. Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications, for effective information management. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. A strong work ethic, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Exhibits sound judgment and quick decision-making abilities. Proactive approach to work, capable of independently managing priorities, activities, and timelines. Ability to analyze and summarize findings, providing actionable recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in real estate and/or possessing a real estate license is advantageous. Sales experience is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
