We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to join a dynamic Assisted Living team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. This position has responsibility for administration of day-to-day services for home care clients and Assisted Living residents; responds to tenant and resident emergencies and medical concerns. Operates as the Clinical Nurse Supervisor for Home Services and Assisted Living. Provides ongoing customer service to families and staff. Guides staff in compliance with Home Care and Assisted Living regulations. Has overall responsibility for the clinical management of the tenants/residents and the human resource management of the staff. Develops and administers all aspects of nursing services and other health care services provided by the campus.

Location Information

Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in one of our four Twin Cities communities:Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Woodbury, and our newest location Corcoran

Saint Therese of Corcoran is set to open in September 2024. This campus is full of social vibrancy in an urban setting, distinctive living spaces and a variety of amenities to create an experience the resident is looking for to create their future home. The campus will offer 153 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments. Amenities of the site include dining options, wellness center with pool, library, lounge area, golf simulator, salon, and wood shop area.

Qualifications

Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nursing program. Current Minnesota licensure as a registered nurse.

Experience: Three to five years nursing experience, two to three years working with Assisted Living and Comprehensive Home Care requirements, three to five years supervisory experience required.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Federal and State Home Health / Assisted Living rules and regulations; demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and communicate these rules and regulations.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to positively manage subordinates; demonstrated integrity and good judgment of initiative.
