- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on commercial finance.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and supporting business growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems preferable in Microsoft D365 and Quickbooks.
