We are looking for an experienced Director of Project Management that can lead our rapidly
growing team of Project Managers and Sr Project Managers within our Professional Services
organization. The Director of Project Management will oversee the continuous evolution of
our implementation methodology, project management tools and templates, and have
overall responsibility for the development of the Project Management function and
corresponding execution with our customers. You'll have the opportunity to shape and
establish our project management practices across the customer onboarding journey. The
Director of PM will be responsible for ensuring all projects in the portfolio adhere to our
implementation methodology and will be expected to identify and implement improvements
to the methodology. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, you will work closely with
not only the Project Managers reporting to you, but also the other functions involved in
implementation, including Data Conversion and Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
•Architect end-to-end project management in customer onboarding - create and
establish project management protocols and best practices from scratch,
ensuring a scalable approach as the company grows.
•Oversee the execution of the project portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines,
scope, and quality standards.
•Leverage industry leading tools for Professional Services Automation and Project
Management, ensuring consistent use of these tools across the portfolio.
•Implement risk management strategies to ensure project success.
•Provide strategic leadership to the project management team, fostering a culture
of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, ensuring the team has the
necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality projects.
•Actively engage in key customer projects and remediate any challenges with
execution or client satisfaction.
•Work cross-functionally within the Professional Services team as well as with
other teams (Engineering, Sales, etc) to iteratively drive faster time-to-value
while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
•Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project
management team.
•Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement
corrective actions.
•Monitor and regularly report on project portfolio progress, addressing potential
issues or risks, and implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•Minimum of five years of project management leadership experience working
within a Professional Services organization, preferably with an ERP company or
similar complex B2B/B2G SaaS product.
•Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering a portfolio of
complex SaaS projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
•Direct experience building a methodology and project management function from
the ground up.
•Hands on experience with PSA and Project Management tools.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
•In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
•Preference for experience with complex GovTech systems and/or other data-
intensive SaaS solutions.
•Bachelor's degree or higher
•Ability to travel up to 25%, with heavier travel to our headquarters in Lansing, MI
during initial onboarding and ramp-up time period.
