We are seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist to join our team at the Legacy Emanuel Medical Center.You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with strong customer service skills and have the ability to multitask in this fast-paced, team environment. We are dedicated to a diverse environment and provide full scope obstetrics and gynecological services. Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years EPIC experience in an outpatient clinic setting.

Primary duties include welcoming and greeting patients, collecting co-pays, reviewing insurance benefit information with patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, scanning, obtaining medical records, and other duties as assigned. This position must be able to respond to both written and oral communication regarding scheduling changes and communicate with physician team in a timely and accurate manner.

Workdays will be Monday through Friday (40 hours a week), with a potential Saturday coverage rotation of 9-3. Free onsite parking available

Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials:

Level I - $18.33- $24.81 per hour.

Level II - $20.17 - $27.29 per hour.

Level III - $22.18 - $30.01 per hour.

Placement within levels based on specialty group, experience, additional duties.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of medical front office work
  • 1-2 years EPIC experience
  • Strong computer skills and EMR knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic
