Responsibilities Provides main plant contact with customer(s). Completes Quality Incident Reports including CAPA’s for manufacturing operation issues (RM’s, filling, coating, converting, and packaging). Develops and presents annual product reviews for customer and regulatory inspections Through the 90-day VSIP

identifies

, recommends, and leads teams to develop and implement programs to improve and/or enhance: (1) product cost, service, and quality and (2) process safety and health environmental impact. Develops project plans for NPI programs, product improvements and customer driven changes Authors protocols and technical reports that meet pharmaceutical regulatory requirements Develops extensive lean six sigma (LSS) knowledge and techniques and runs projects to improve manufacturing processes for the product lifecycle. Identifies and implements a comprehensive education plan to continually advance technical skills and personal development as well as enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Establishes self as a resource within immediate work group. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or technical discipline from an accredited university Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Preferred
