Current Opportunity: EPG is seeking qualified applicants to join its team of experts in the areas of Power Systems Engineering for full-time employment. EPG offers a professional and collaborative work environment, opportunity to learn, stability, and growth opportunity.

Power Systems Engineer: Proficiency in power system analysis including power flow simulations, transient stability analysis, contingency analysis, and event analysis. Relevant areas for this position include synchrophasor technology, wide area monitoring systems (WAMS), oscillations monitoring and analysis, data analysis, machine learning, IBR performance monitoring and analysis, model validation and dynamic simulations. Applicants with experience in real-time operations support for transmission and distribution systems, control room technology, and product management, including synchrophasor applications, are highly encouraged to apply for this position. Applicants with advanced degrees and 3 years+ of experience preferred. Applicants with knowledge of simulation tools such as PSSE, PSLF, Power World, TSAT, Matlab and experience with python, C++, C# programming languages preferred.

Minimum requirements are a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree and/or experience preferred.
