Apex is seeking a seasoned Spacecraft Power Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our spacecraft development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the power systems for our spacecraft platforms.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement power system designs for spacecraft platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure power system integration with other spacecraft systems
- Perform circuit analysis and simulation to ensure power system reliability and performance
- Verify and qualify power system designs to meet spacecraft environment requirements
- Participate in customer and internal design reviews
- 6+ years of experience in spacecraft electronics and power systems
- Experience with spacecraft design, launch, and operation
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within an organization
- Competitive salary range: $165,000 - $195,000 per year
