**PING, Inc.**, maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a **Senior Buyer** to work in the Supply Chain Department. This position will be responsible for purchasing materials/services for one or more buy categories. General duties include PO submission/monitoring, conducting data analysis coupled with communication updates to various parties inside/outside the organization.

YOU WILL:

Have heavy interaction with domestic & international suppliers, Material Planners, Buyers, Assembly, Engineering personnel and company management.

Effectively research, evaluate, source, and manage international suppliers resulting in top quality products and services at optimum pricing.

Provide leadership and problem solving skills while fostering relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.

Conduct price negotiations, PO development/submission, ROI analysis for make-buy decisions and lead various assigned projects (planned & ad-hoc).

YOU HAVE:

Bachelors degree and five years minimum experience in Purchasing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in multiple buy categories.

Apparel experience not required but a plus.

CPM or CPSM certification is preferred but not required.

Ability to travel domestic and internationally.

Intermediate/advanced Excel abilities and able to apply analytics to conduct problem solving and create operational efficiencies/enhancement of daily duties and/or department infrastructure.

Experience using an ERP system and MS software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Microstrategy.
