Our client has been active in Phoenix for over 35 years, but due to the size and longevity of this project they are looking for a Vice President of Infrastructure Development to run the "horizontal" development for this very large and high-profile project.

This Vice President of Infrastructure Development will focus on the multi-phased "horizontal" improvement plan from conception to completion that is expected to cost several hundred million dollars and last 5-10+ years.

  • Manage and coordinate entitlement process, budget preparation, scheduling, reporting

  • This is a very important position and our client is looking for a seasoned land development professional with experience in the Phoenix market.

Ideal Candidate:

  • An ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of real estate development and/or construction experience with significant land planning/development work (in Phoenix).
  • Someone with civil/infrastructure/land development experience on a large master-planned project(s) would be an ideal fit.
  • Experience with large industrial or mixed-use projects is preferred (but not required)
