Description The ideal candidate will be a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual, driven to produce high-quality work. Their mission will be to continuously strive towards improved operational efficiencies. Outcomes Clean, migrate and import customers' data through APIs to our system Own the communication and collaboration between us and the technical counterpart from the customer side. Partner with the customer success manager and product manager to find solutions and scope out projects for customers. Configure our no-code platform according to customers’ needs (including demos) Work with the product team to transfer knowledge to our core engineering team and become the technical expert between customers and our engineering team Lead the technical part of the customer onboarding and implementation Familiar with the backend and frontend infrastructure of our system to answer customers’ questions and concerns Know the database well enough to run reports & insights Handle the proof of concept on our integrations Document system flow on internal and external systems Own the demo environment of the system and always ready to demo to a potential prospect Assist the technology team to communicate directly with customers if debugging hard problems and support tasks Skill and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
