The key objectives of the Compensation Business Partner role at Gusto, Inc. are to analyze, develop, and implement compensation programs and policies that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Gusto's goals and compliance requirements. The role involves acting as the primary compensation partner for recruiting teams, HR business partners, and organization leaders, developing innovative compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent, providing guidance on various compensation-related activities, fostering a culture of continuous analytics, conducting annual benchmarking of job roles, collaborating with the Finance team to establish appropriate budgets for compensation programs, and continuously evaluating and refining job architecture and job leveling approaches.
