Description

  • Lead pricing strategy for all services (Air, Ocean, and Ground), ensuring customer profiles meet margin and ROI targets.
  • Manage incoming bids, offering analytical support for improved cost models.
  • Analyze market trends to enhance margin strategies and develop pricing proposals for sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to meet deadlines and provide accurate responses.
  • Enhance carrier relationships, optimize transportation networks, and enable single sourcing for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop capacity, and optimize costs to increase revenues.
  • Work with business development to establish market pricing for new or enhanced services.
  • Analyze performance of pricing initiatives at service and account levels.
  • Develop pricing policies, recommend changes, and implement consistent processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing pricing updates and recommend changes to the executive team.

Profile

  • Proficiency in pricing strategies for Ocean, Air, and Ground Transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in logistics/transportation is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in managing a team.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of carrier base is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience in managing organizational teams.
  • Proficiency in Spanish & English.
