Customer Experience Representative [El Paso, TX]

Who you are:

SumUp is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join the SumUp team in the El Paso office. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will become an everyday hero to our merchants, supporting their SumUp products and unlock their business potential. As a company that seeks to revolutionize the payment, point-of-sale and loyalty systems market, we are looking for a person with good communication skills, empathetic, autonomous, and easy to adapt to change. This person will be in charge of answering the queries that our clients will have in a multi-channel manner, which can be via telephone, email or chats, along with identifying opportunities for improvement in our product and our tools. You will be the voice of our company in the United States, so you will have to be able to quickly learn the processes and functionalities of the service and be able to answer any questions that may arise.

This position is office-based in east El Paso, Texas.

What you'll do:
  • Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
  • Be a motivated person with interest in technology and good interpersonal skills
  • Handle complex customer needs and assist customers in troubleshooting
What we're looking for:
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Technical skills - ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity, iOS and Android devices
  • Someone with a passion for small businesses and helping people

Compensation:
  • $15-$17/hr
  • Compensation will be finalized based on the candidate's experience and location
