Account Manager/Project Manager

Are you looking to further your career in trade shows and events? Nimlok Chicago is currently seeking a motivated, self-starting professional to fill the Account Manager position.
Responsibilities
Main client liaison after sale.
Create production timelines for client and internal team.
Interact and direct the efforts of applicable departments and vendors from project kick-off through completion.
Order materials and services required to produce projects and follow-up with vendors to ensure orders are on track.
Complete and submit show service forms.
Host client previews and sign-off on projects prior to shipping.
Prepare show site information as requested which may include supervisor packets, floor plans/layouts, travel information and transportation.
Vendor reconciliation and project review ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Invoice projects when complete and archive all job information for future reference.
Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
3+ years of related experience in Trade Shows.
College degree preferred, but not required.
Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and team oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with heavy client interaction all while providing excellent service.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
