• PowerShell Development: o Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate system administration tasks, data manipulation, and other operational workflows. o Experience with industry standard Identity Access Management tools (Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Okta, ADLDS/ADAM) o Implement best practices for PowerShell scripting, including error handling, logging, and modular design. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop efficient PowerShell solutions.

• SQL Development: o Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views to support data-driven applications and reporting. o Create and maintain database schemas, tables, and relationships. o Implement data integrity measures, indexing strategies, and performance tuning techniques. o Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources.

• Power Apps Development: o Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. o Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Power Apps solutions. o Ensure proper security, data governance, and compliance measures are implemented in Power Apps solutions.

• Documentation and Collaboration: o Document PowerShell scripts, SQL queries, Power Apps solutions, and database schemas for future reference and knowledge sharing. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and provide technical guidance. o Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training initiatives.
