Hours:

Full Time – Temp to Hire
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm – May have to stay until 6:00pm 1x per week

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn various software ERP's.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Process daily sales invoices.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts including AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets, various accruals.
Prepare journal entries and perform month end closing procedures.
Help with financial statement consolidation between various business units such as Geographically (New England, NY/NJ), and by Business Type (product distribution, service, real estate, and marketing).
Assist in maintaining internal controls and developing new processes.
Oversee inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and full inventory analysis.
Assist in lease management and processing tenant rent. Processing various vendor claims.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in annual review with external accountants.

Pay Rate:

$25 - $30/hour
