What You Will Do:

The Senior Audit Remediation Specialist will use their accounting, auditing, business management, finance, data management, information systems and technology, or other relevant discipline to assist our client in the optimization of financial accounting and reporting processes, strengthening the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, and supporting key client organizations to include Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Budget, and Mission organizations in their corrective action planning and mitigation strategies to meet the client's financial statement auditability objectives.

What You Will Need:
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain SECRET federal security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Data Management, Information Systems or Technology, or other discipline relevant to the business process area being supported.
  • TWO (2) years of experience in accounting, auditing, business management, finance, data management, information systems and technology, or other discipline relevant to the business process area being supported.
  • Ability to work on client site full-time or based on scheduled assignments.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Private-sector/commercial experience in accounting, auditing, business management, finance, data management, information systems and technology, or other discipline relevant to the business process area being supported.
  • General understanding of Federal accounting and audit requirements.
