Job Overview

Maverc Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Remedy Database Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity and IT services team, you will be responsible for administering and developing BMC Remedy products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Remedy administration and development.
  • Ensure the continuity of operations by proactively monitoring Remedy performance and capability management.
  • Patch Remedy applications on a monthly basis or as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of Remedy environments operating on Microsoft Windows and SQL.
  • Hold BMC Certified Administrator: BMC Remedy AR System 7.5 or higher and provide support for database maintenance activities such as backup/recovery, updates to service packs and patches, and optimization.
  • Lead technical teams and provide excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work independently and be self-motivated with a strong ability to work with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Eight years of hands-on experience in Remedy administration, design, and development.
